Rodney Mauter, our District Manager is a seasoned sales and marketing leader with decades of experience in the flooring industry. He began his career in the early '90s and held key roles at Beaulieu of America and Mohawk Industries, where he spent 20 years overseeing programs like Floorscapes and ColorCenter, eventually leading the hard surface division with over $500 million in annual sales. Rodney also built Lexmark Carpet’s sales and marketing team into a high-performance group, driving significant growth and innovation.

Raised in North Alabama, Rodney credits his strong work ethic to his Marine Corps service and the influence of his hardworking parents. He’s excited to bring his expertise to GRAYTON® DISTRIBUTION, where he believes in the company’s standout products and the value they offer retailers. Off the road, Rodney enjoys quality time with family and friends.
